“The Last Lullaby,” is a series of YouTube Pre-roll ads that would run at the beginning of anti-vaxxing videos to reach anti-vaxers as they’re trying to get more information on the movement. With 1.2 million parents in the U.S choosing not to vaccinate their kids, diseases thought to be long gone are running rampant among young children.
The urgency to tackle the anti-vaxxing problem is a task left to activist, but often times the tone and the rhetoric used by activists lack the compassion to really resonate with anti-vaxxers. We thought by creating modified versions of lullabies, anti-vaxxers would
contemplate the real possibility of losing their child. We believe the thought of singing one last lullaby to their child, as if they passed away due to lack of vaccination would be life altering enough to change their minds.
